Seventh Street, Philadelphia w. green 5 centime stamp; letter announces services in honor of death of Eugene Pereire, Civil Engineer, etc (lists credentials); folio, page one only has text; bulk of letter is a list of names to whom the letter was sent; announces time & location of funeral.
