Description Scrapbook pages containing newspaper clippings from various New York newspapers, April 1888. Clippings relate to a case of a "spirit picture" allegedly produced by a spiritualist, Ann O'Delia Diss Debar, a woman from Kentucky. In a fraud case, Carvalho proved in court that the alleged medium had produced the "spirit picture" through a photochemical procedure.
